HOPE MILL: Hope Mill is a historic renovation project located in Scituate, RI. The $26M project consists of luxury apartments, condos, and townhomes. The property houses a hydro-electric pump station and will be fitted with solar energy panels which will make the project one of the largest green energy initiatives in the country.
ISLAND HEIGHTS: Island Heights is a seven unit subdivision approved by the City of Stamford (CT) for the construction of new single family residences. The parcel of land is situated on a bluff overlooking the Stamford Cove and Long Island Sound. Net profit is $1.25m. SOLD OUT
ARNOLD: Arnold is a single family residence located in Greenwich, CT. The original structure has been torn down and replaced with a 2,650 SFT single family residence. Net profit is $225k. SOLD OUT
NORTHRIDGE: North Ridge is a project where we are bailing out an inexperienced investor who ran into liquidity issues. The site has already been cleared and the foundation has been set and passed inspection. We will be constructing a 3,250 SFT single family residence. Net profit is $285k. SOLD OUT
