 MANAGEMENT TEAM Gene Camm Managing Director Gene Camm is the Managing Director of Clearfield Financial. Gene’s responsibilities include business development, strategic planning, operations management, and investor relations. Gene has worked in various aspects of the financial service industry including investment banking, commercial and residential lending, consumer finance, asset management, and the automation of loan origination and processing technology. Prior to founding Clearfield in 2004, Gene spent five years with Metavante Lending Solutions as a senior vice president and six years with ContiFinancial as a vice president. Gene’s areas of responsibility included operations management, business development, organizational development, M&A, and human resources. Bill has expertise in commercial, consumer, and residential financing and has consistently performed as a top producer generating over $18.6m in sales volume since 2005. Bill has received numerous performance awards including the President’s Top Performance Award for 2005-2009. He has also completed various sales and management training programs offered by the Mortgage Bankers Association, American Management Association, and Dale Carnegie Sales Training.
